Supervision at Nexus provides a collaborative, reflective space that supports ethical, effective, and sustainable practice. Grounded in mutual respect and professional curiosity, it offers the opportunity to explore clinical work in depth—balancing support, accountability, and growth.
Sessions are tailored to your modality, experience, and context, with supervision available for CBT practitioners, counsellors, psychotherapists, and integrative clinicians. For CBT therapists, supervision aligns with BABCP standards, maintaining a focus on formulation-driven, evidence-based work and competency development. For counsellors and psychotherapists, the process draws on humanistic and experiential principles, emphasising the therapeutic relationship, use of self, and congruence in practice.
Supervision at Nexus encourages open dialogue, reflective thinking, and the integration of theory, practice, and personal process. Whether consolidating skills, preparing for accreditation, or reflecting on complex clinical material, it provides a supportive and grounded environment for ongoing professional and personal development.
At The Supervision Room at Nexus Therapeutic Solutions, the emphasis is on creating a space where practitioners can continue to evolve—with confidence, curiosity, and compassion.
