Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.

The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.

David Cadman

Founder & Director

David is the Founder and Director of Nexus Therapeutic Solutions. He is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Supervisor, and Trainer with over 18 years of experience across the NHS and social care.

His work combines clinical expertise with a practical, down-to-earth approach that values openness, curiosity, and genuine collaboration. Drawing on CBT, compassion-focused, and relational models, David supports clients to make sense of their experiences and create lasting, meaningful change.

As a supervisor and trainer, David is passionate about promoting reflective, ethical, and values-driven practice. Through Nexus, he aims to build a supportive professional community where both clients and clinicians can grow, connect, and thrive.

Lou Goodwin

Psychotherapist

Lou is a registered BABCP and COSRT member with over 20 years of experience specialising in complex trauma, sexual dysfunction, menopause, and pain. With a background spanning NHS services, private practice, and Rape Crisis, Lou offers a sex-positive, collaborative, and GSRD-affirming approach to therapy.

They work with individuals, couples, and polycules to explore sexuality, intimacy, desire, and wellbeing in a safe and inclusive space. Lou’s work focuses on reclaiming power and pleasure, supporting each person to honour their unique sexual identity and relationship structure.

Lou has some face to face capacity in Wortley, Leeds. They are available for therapy, supervision, training, and specialist case consultation and maintains their own private practice at:
